Maintain a full tank fule so that the amount of air above the fuel is as less as possible leading to lower condensation.
Keep the parked car in-gear but don't engage the parking brake as it could get jammed.
Disconnect battery if your car is expected to be parked for a long time.
Start the car every 4 - 5 days and let it idle for a bit to prevent battery discharge if you have an ageing battery.
