Yesterday, one of my friends wake me up with a call and asked how to remove the caller tunes in the BSNL mobile phone. Till then I only knew how to activate it, but unaware of deactivation. Searching the web, I found how to remove a BSNL caller tune, here is it
Steps for removing BSNL Tunes (caller tune, hello tune) is as follows:
Un-Subscription (Removal of Caller tunes): Send SMS “BT DACT” to 56700.
OR
Dial “56700” and follow IVR machine voice and say “Un-subscribe”
